In this webinar, Joy Osofsky, discusses the effect physical abuse, neglect, and domestic violence has on young children. The large majority of abused children are age 0-4. Her remarks provide suggestions on how mental health professionals can work with the judicial system to insure these children receive the care and support they need to develop normally.
