PFA Online Technical Isuse - To Enable Flash Player in Google Chrome (Version 87)

These instructions are for Google Chrome 87, they may not work on later versions of Google Chrome.

In order to view the PFA Online lessons you will need to enable Adobe Flash in your broswer by changing your browser settings:

Step 1: To the left of the web address, click the Lock or Info icons to view site information.

Step 2: From the drop-down, click the options for Flash.

Step 3: From the drop-down options for Flash select Ask. You may also select Allow. This will allow Flash to run on NCTSN Learning Center Website. Refresh the Page after this step.

Step 4: To enable Flash in the presentation, click on Flash plugin icon from the center of presentation screen as shown in the following screenshot.

Step 5: To enable/run Flash, click Allow and refresh the page.

Step 6: You should see the slide content loaded on the page now and you should see the lessons begin to play.
