FRα ADC, or Folate Receptor Alpha Antibody-Drug Conjugate, represents a promising frontier in targeted cancer therapy. This cutting-edge approach harnesses the specificity of antibodies directed against Folate Receptor Alpha (FRα), which is frequently overexpressed in various cancers, including ovarian and certain subtypes of lung and breast cancer. By linking a potent cytotoxic drug to the FRα-targeting antibody, the FRα ADC selectively delivers the therapeutic agent directly to cancer cells, thereby minimizing systemic toxicity and enhancing treatment efficacy.
