Dear Learning Center Community,
Please be advised that the Learning Center portal will be temporarily offline for an
urgent system maintenance and security upgrade.
We understand that your learning schedule is important, and we sincerely apologize for this unexpected disruption.
Why is this happening?
This emergency maintenance is a direct response to a critical, worldwide cybersecurity situation impacting the core infrastructure of the internet.
Key Details & Timeline:
- System Impact: The entire Learning Center portal will be completely inaccessible.
- Maintenance Start: Monday, 11/02/2026 at 8 AM PT
- Estimated Duration: We expect the system to remain offline for approximately 7 days.
What do you need to do?
Before the maintenance window begins,
- Plan ahead & Save your work: Please ensure you complete any pending or incomplete coursework, Download any lecture slides, readings, or offline materials you may need to study during the downtime.
- DO NOT START new coursework if you cannot finish before the downtime. Focus on finishing your coursework and downloading certificates as needed.
- Be patient: You do not need to contact support or report that the site is down. Our team is actively working through the update process and will restore access as quickly as possible.
We are taking these preemptive measures to guarantee a completely secure environment for your Learning Experience. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we protect our learning ecosystem.
Sincerely,
NCTSN Learning Center Team
